GINGER BEER BEETS
A variation of Harvard beets, this version when combined with dried cherries and berries in a sauce of apple cider and ginger beer raises the status of this once traditional side dish to a necessary elegance! It not only completes the meal; it completes every other dish in the meal!

Today’s Ingredient: beetology vacuumed packed whole beets
This is now my favorite way to buy beets. So easy. No peeling. They’re already cooked. Perfect texture. Use as you would any other beet form in any recipe calling for them. Slice, dice, shred.
PICKLED BEETS fat-free
You don’t have to go through the entire canning process to make pickled beets. Prep, cook, place in a jar and refrigerate to use as wanted. Here we add sweet onion strips and sweet red pepper. Then as we use the beets, we add other ingredients to the pickling jar, such as matchstick carrots and/or kidney beans (washed and drained). It makes a tasty salad by itself or as a side dish!

The study of beets I’m assuming is meant by beetology.
Beet + Cherry flavored is the one Steve brought home knowing I liked both.
No time for a glass, the bottle is the glass. Even removed the label that had no glue on it by the way to use for another purpose.
The bottom of the bottle/glass is thick like a shot glass. Cool. Steve is already taking other stuff to work in it. That’s our way of recycling. Save the glass containers for reuse. Nice one.
Super nice juice.
The best 100 calories I ever tasted. Will definitely try their other flavors.
