Okay, so what’s this now? The AFC POACHED EGG SAUCE! Okay it doesn’t look exactly like a poached egg that you put on toast. YET, cut up a chicken poached egg and mix it on itself, and preTTy close. The flavors and textures are there. It’s the best yet. Plus, no sulfur. I’m going with it. S-O-A-R-ing with it! Wow. Thank you God!

With a touch of almond? That’s the first time I saw that, right now looking at the photo as I type. Didn’t know that.
Cashews are my favorite nut – okay, legume. It’s still a nut to me. Brilliant is the person who discovered you could milk a nut. I love it.
One complaint. You need two cashew milks: one for drinking and one for cooking. The one for cooking you can drink too, when you don’t want so much sweet.
Chefs want to make creamy, savory sauces. Too much sugar or the addition of vanilla or vanilla tasting substances inhibits creativity in the kitchen. Vanilla does not belong in a savory sauce.
Don’t block us. Chefs don’t like to be blocked.
